Arrived sooner than expected. Working great.

Love it, money spent well!

Big washer died. We were going to laundromat. Were looking for a solution because we couldn't afford a new machine and we were spending around 50 dollars or more per month to do laundry, in addition to the fact we can do laundry at any time we need to wash. This seemed to be a viable solution we now are spending less per month in addition to avoiding Covid exposure. After using the machine we love it. It does a great job. It is small compact and easy to move. It also does an 18 lb load. We will most likely keep it in addition to getting a new machine went we have money for a new machine.
Michelle P.
It's a great little washer I just wish i knew how to make it rinse.
Carolyn S.
Due to covid-19 I am uncomfortable using public facilities. This little washer has solved that problem. II really wonder why I didn't get one sooner . I still need to go to the laundromat for blankets and such but only every once in awhile..
It's paid for itself and reduces my exposure to this deadly virus.

I just received my little portable washing machine by Kuppet and had to try it out. We were amazed at how much the washer actually held! Very pleased with our purchase and look forward to having it handy as we live FT and travel in our RV. So much better than going to a laundry mat.
Michele S.
The best investment I ever purchased while living in an apartment, so glad I have this in my life.
Cynthia O.
I struggled with the laundry task going to the laundromat for a long time, when I got the kuppet I was truly amazed at how well it washes clothes and how convenient it is, it’s better than I expected.
Sarah
PERFECT! I live in a small apartment with a communal laundry room and was so sick of people forgetting to collect their laundry, the cost per wash going up every year and losing socks... This machine is easy to use, compact and gets my clothes clean.
Alan G.
Bought this for my mother in law hooked it up and tried it out, very impressed with the action of the washer tub and the spin tub the spin cycle was much better than I expected only did a small load but after the spin cycle I was impressed by how much water was spun out of the load.
Great little washer.
Andrea H.
The washer works well, same as other brands I've owned. I've used this one for 3 loads only so far but it seems to wash the clothes nicely and the spinner is great. The shipping was a disaster! Kuppet's webpage says it takes 5-7 days to receive the order, mine took 24 days (and the warehouse is less than 70 miles from my house!).
Gladys M.
An amazing product. It works excellent and I did recommend it to my best friend and she already got it. We both love it.
Lisa S.
Life changing! Works great, is easy to use as well as easy enough to move in and out of the tub (only storage I’ve got!). Beats going to the laundromat!
Luis C.
Surprise of how strong the engines are. Only things is you are in control of the water and the drain. But wash my clothes perfectly and good. Love to use it.
Erica T.
I could not be any happier with this washer! I used it every day the first week we got it and about twice a week since. Carting everything to the laundromat was always an ordeal, especially since you need to accumulate a large amount to make the loss of time and your trip worth it. I live up a flight of stairs, my car is small, and my closest laundromat only has street parking. I work from home and also care for two senior dogs that require a lot of attention. Having this washer at home has given me so much of my time back. I can now wash my clothes at my leisure without having to schedule "laundry time" into my day. In addition to clothing, I've been able to wash and spin dry king size sheets, light/thin dog blankets, and sofa protectors. My absolute favorite thing about this machine is that it allows me to actually soak my clothes! You don't have that option when you have to go somewhere to wash, and I don't have to commandeer the one bathroom sink or kitchen sink to handwash one item. It has truly alleviated so much stress! Everything gets squeaky clean and I don't have to worry about a dirty coin-operated machine staining or tearing my clothes. I keep it stored in our bathroom, it's easy to use, and the spin dryer is amazing at getting so much of the water out. The clothes air dry quickly, especially since it's been warm. Absolutely thrilled with this purchase!
Nina L.
An amazing powerful machine!
Khadidiatou S.
This machine is just amazing I love it, fast and it really wash the clothes very well with the spinner as well.
Judith S.
GOODBYE STINKY DIRTY LAUNDRY MATS !! FYI .... The laundry mats really need to be held to a higher standard on how they are kept clean because hello “COVID-19 SPREADING” for sure... no consistency in how the are cleaned or what is used to disinfect them .... send the health department in because yeah it’s that bad...

Very practical for Apartment small homes hi more need for those giant washer dryer
Princess K.
Omg just what I expected! Absolutely love it! It works fantastic, fits a full load and perfectly fits where I want it. Here's a photo to share my set up. Thank you kuppet! 100% satisfaction with your product. Highly recommended and will buy from you again.

Works great in our Rv.

I really like how look my children's clothes now. Very clean

The washing machine got here very fast, but the agitator was not working, so I couldn't use it. I wrote many times, but received no answer. A friend repaired it. And now I love it...!!

I live in an efficiency without a washer/dryer hookup. This is THE BEST MACHINE EVER!! So convenient and easy. 10/10 would recommend!!

I can't say enough good things about this machine! It is super easy to use and I found that I can have a load washing while running the dryer with the rinse cycle going.
I will fill the washer with water and get it going, then transfer the fill tube to the dryer side to run the dryer while rinsing for about a minute and a half. DON'T run the drain and dryer at the same time! You'll burn out the motor.
So just to be clear:
fill washer with water, start washer, transfer fill tube to dryer side, be sure to push clothes down to compact them, turn on dryer for five minutes, turn on water at same time to rinse the clothes in dryer for one minute then turn off water.
The instructions are very vague and I found that I had to find the best way to use it on my own. I would say please make the power cord longer and make the fill tube adjustable to fit different size faucets. I could only attach it to my bathroom sink faucet and not my kitchen sink faucet. Also, it was a bit of trial and error to find out how to use the dryer without it rocking so much that it walks itself in a circle. the trick is you have to push the clothes down and compress them, it runs a lot smoother when you do that.

The first machine I ordered had arrived in complete disrepair. The wash basin was cracked from top to bottom. Screw joints ripped apart, lid broken. Not sure how all that mess happened but there was no need to even plug the machine in, it would not have worked properly or been able to hold water. After a few emails and photos with MecorDirect, they agreed to pay for the return shipping and sent me a new replacement immediately. The machine works great and I'm so thankful that they were willing to replace the broken machine. The capacity is outstanding! I can wash about 4 days worth of clothes. Two pairs of jeans/pants, two button down shirts, three to four t-shirts, underclothes and socks and a towel. The capacity is also able to handle, in one load, my bed sheets and pillow cases. And it spins the clothes almost completely dry! Hang them above a wood stove and they're dry in 15-20 minutes! It is very lightweight and I can easily pick it up and sit it on top of a table which makes the draining process super smooth. It seems easy to maintain and keep clean, and easily cleans my clothes as well as a conventional washing machine. I'll never have to sit in a dang laundromat again (or at least for a very long time)! Thank you Kuppet, thank you Mecor Direct!
SlimCognito M.
For the money, you are getting a great product. It's got a huge capacity which most washers do not have in the "less than 200 dollar" range. Usually they only have around 10lbs. Youre getting 18lbs with this washer/spinner. Almost double the capacity. The spinner works alright, it is only 8lbs so if youre utilizing the size of the washer, you need to do two spin cycles. My clothes are clean, just make sure to do 4 cycles, clean(detergent), then spin, then clean(softener) and then spin. Otherwise it might not be as soft etc.
Yanna M.
So , I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this little machine !!! It’s so easy to use and it cleans my clothes so much quicker ! And it came in 9 days sooner then what it said it would , I ordered it on July 13th and got it today August 10th . My first load of laundry I was able to do 2 scrub tops and 2 scrub bottoms . Two thick towels , 2 of my husbands shirts 5 pains of underwear and shorts and when I put it on the spin cycle it was so quick . Just put a bucket under the hose when you begin to spin dry them . likely drys your clothes 80% dry and I sat them outside for 10 minutes and they where ready . I spun a two thick towels in 3 minutes and sat them outside for 10 . So In total It takes me now 30 minutes tops to wash clothes and that’s only because i have to add the water manually and dump it outside . Other then that I’m in love with it !! Highly recommend!!! It’s no taller then my kitchen table
DaniTeeDavis0802 M.
We just got it today and I've washed 4 loads.
The instructions were written by someone whose first language is NOT English! So, just fill the tub with water, clothes and a little detergent and turn the knobs to your liking.
If the spinner is really knocking, it's either not packed enough OR the clothes are as wrung out as they're going to get.
It has a good weight to it, but I've picked up children who are heavier. It's just bulky.
Because I use buckets to fill it up, I prefer using this in the tub. It also allows for me to let it drain without being worried.
With regards to capacity, my first load had one twin sized blanket, two full sized fitted sheets and one large child's jacket. It all fit with no problem.
Make sure you use PLENTY of water. You need more water than clothing to get things good and clean.
Finally, because the washer side keeps running when you open it, it's easy to add forgotten clothing or detergent.
I only wish the drain pipe and electrical cord were longer.

I've never written a product review before, so bare with me. I'm single and live alone, so load size doesn't really matter. My old machine expired and I have a move planned soon so I didn't want to have a huge appliance that I would have to move. Sadly, the control board on my canyon sized dryer failed, so I am line drying my clothes until I buy a new dryer after I move. I've done about 30 loads of laundry since I purchased it, so my review should be accurate. I would have given it 5 stars if the hoses were a little more durable and the lint trap worked better. The photo of the machine sitting on a toilet was to give you an idea of size and weight.
Pros:
-Built in water jets circulate laundry very well. Actually impressive. There is no agitator pole, but it doesn't need one. I added washing machine "balls" (I thought I would need them) and they work really well in agitating the clothing, but I didn't need them. It's actually better than mom's HE washing machine that doesn't have an agitator or water jets to circulate the garments.
-Very light - can be picked up and moved by almost anyone, and it easily fits into a guest closet for storage, or the backseat of a car if you need to move it.
-Spinner is better than a full sized machine, clothing comes out nearly dry after spinning.
-Can wash summer weight comforters, queen sized sheets, etc. Fairly large capacity. Clothing comes out cleaner than a full sized washer and you can see the dirt extracted from the clothing due to the white basin, and seeing the water as it drains. Normal machines don't let you see how much dirt you've extracted.
-Very economical on water consumption so you can wash garments twice if you're really picky or, wash and drain then rinse with clean water in the same basin. This is better than trying to rinse in the spin basin.
-Extremely convenient if you have a flat shower floor and a detachable shower head.
-A load of laundry takes about 25 minutes from start to finish.
Cons:
-Everything is manual (adding water, wash timer and drain settings) and the provided hoses are sub par. Simply put, you have to fill the wash basin with water, then when finished washing switch to the drain setting manually. Fortunately, I have a shower head that is attached to a hose, so I didn't need to use the provided fill and rinse hose and my shower is flat, so I drain the water directly onto the shower floor.
-The spin basin only holds about half of what the wash basin holds, so you must spin a wash load several times.
-The hoses provided are sub standard, but can be easily replaced if desired.
-The directions are written in "pigeon" English (probably translated from Chinese). It's only a few pages, but if you have a sense of humor, they're pretty funny.
-If you close the lids after use, moldy odors develop. I rinse out the machine after use, and let the basins air dry.
-The lint trap basically doesn't work. I have concerns about where threads from clothing are collecting. I can't find them, YET. This may become a problem at some point. I don't know.

Have had this 10 days and done about 10 loads. For RV living, it's great for having on the spot laundry, however our spinner stopped working after the 3rd load and now only spins a fraction of the speed no matter if it is 1 article of clothing or 3, which means clothes are soaked and drying takes hours longer. Have contacted the company to resolve the issue.
The hoses are poor quality (think dollar store plastic) and you will want to plan on replacing them with higher quality hoses or risk having a leak shortly after receiving it. We put 3 articles of clothing in it that we'd already washed at the laundromat and were shocked to see how much cleaner it got them.
Reduce your laundry soap by half or you'll have clothes that still have soap, and this, dry crispy and hard, not to mention, stained.
Instructions are rough at best. Turn the wash cycle on 2 times, then add about 1/4 your load to the spinner, rinse with water, then spin it out for a full 5 mins. Repeat for the rest of the load.
Water pump is great, but it does not get nearly as much pressure as the instructions say, so would not work if you plan on emptying into a sink, etc, very well.

It has changed my life. The only things I can not wash inside this portable washing machine are full, queen, king-sized comforters, and my dog's giant pillow. I have washed twin sized comforters inside this thing. I wash my king size sheets inside this washer. If I overfill the machine with water, water does come out of the seam near the top of the unit. It's a few drops here and there, but it does cause a puddle of water on the floor. You have to make sure the clothes in the spinner are sitting in there a certain way, otherwise, it will not spin correctly. It will move the entire machine in a banging, thrusting, wobbling motion, and then you need to take all the clothes out and make sure they are more level and even inside, so it spins properly.
It's easy to access the electrical stuff in the unit. It's easy to fix the hoses yourself if you accidentally on purpose ripped the hose out of the unit thinking it was detachable, but it wasn't.

I should've bought this sooner b/c it saves me a lot of stress, money, and time! No more going to the laundry mat all day or having to wait for the community washer. This washer is super easy to use, a little more work, but definitely worth it. Just a few tips to know:
WASHING:
- Have a decent bucket ready (I use a large kid's bucket but a mop bucket will do fine). Just remember, the larger the bucket, the heavier it'll be so get a size of your preference to your needs. You'll nees the bucket to fill/drain the water. You can use the hose but you'll need to find the right size to fit your faucet otherwise, it'll come off and fillung the water takes longer w/ the hose. Trust me, a bucket will do.
- Place the washer next to a source of water/sink and a place where you can drain/pour the water (I have mine next to the bathroom)
- Use Hot-Warm water during the initial wash.
- Direction states that you should place clothes in the spinner before rinsing - no, you don't. Save time by just draining the initial cycle and untangling your clothes before adding the water for rinsing.
- Make sure you drain immediately soon after the cycle stops - you don't want your clothes sitting in dirty water
- Rinse with cold water and run for another full cycle
- Drain/Squeeze out excess water from clothes
- Place clothes in spinner in small increments (saves you drying time plus makes sure that you only use one drying cycle). You can hang dry the delicates soon after. IMPORTANT: Make sure you have the bucket underneath the drain hose while activating the spin cycle as it will continue to drain water (I made the mistake of not doing that and there was water everywhere, so make sure you do this.)
- Dry in dryer as normal
CLEANING:
- Rinse the washer side with hot water after use
- Clean the plastic lint box to make sure there's no dirt
- Wipe down
Love this product! Hope you do too & hope my tips help. Happy laundry!

I love this little machine! I was worried because my hisband and I are heavier, and thus our clothes have more mass. I thought I wouldnt be able to wash a lot of laundry, but I was wrong.
I wash his 5 4xl dress shirts, his underwear, and his socks in one load.
What I have found, is that you need to wash, rinse, and soak for the maximum amount of time with larger loads.
My only concern is that the cord isnt that long, and the drain hose isnt either. I have mine setup at an angle so the cords and drain pipe go where they need to. It's not a huge deal in comparison to lugging stuff to the laundromat.
I've had this machine since March 4, 2020 and I havent been happier!
If you're not afraid of a little more involvement than a typical washer, I say get this machine!

I love this thing, so fare the clothes feel better than using my apartment complex washers. Alot of the reviews on here are confusing. 1. To clarify its capacity as I was worried about, you can easily do the same amount as the regular sized washers at the laundry mat. 2. I'm pretty sure that disc in the spinner side is to spread out the rinse water over the clothes. 3. Yes you cannot use the spin at the same time as wash or it'll drain the water out of both sides. 4. Some people use a bucket to fill it and you can. But I quickly got a longer hose and T'ed off the shower. I believe it's easier and the rinse cycle runs better. LASTLY If this thing lasts I bet you could use it in place of a normal washer and dryer if you live in dry climates. DOWNSIDES 1. Yes the instructions are awful. But it's easy to use. The biggest thing to know is to clean the drain trap in the washer side. 2. People complain about the short hose. I spent $6.00 on a T, and $12 on a 12 foot hose. (No big deal if this thing lasts).
JLynn M.
We live in an older mobile home so the only place to drain a washer is the bathtub so I've been using portable washers for a few years. We had 2smaller ones that the spin side finally gave out on both of them because there's 5of us & it got a lot of use. This time we bought this bigger capacity washer with the Square Trade 5yr warranty. I'm impressed with how much I can wash & the power of the wash side. It's bigger than I envisioned. if you have a larger family & expect to do regular wash, spend the extra money for the larger capacity washer.
Update: I just did a load of 6pr of adult size pants, 6cotton t-shirts also adult size, abt 8pr socks & 3pr mens boxers & this washer handled the load just fine.... I'm more impressed the more I use it... perfect for our 5person family living in an older mobile home

I am very happy with this washing machine. My clothes came out clean and it dried the clothes surprisingly well on the spin cycle. It weighs about 33 lbs. I did have a learning curve accident, on the spin cycle, I dropped the hose and got water on the floor, a lot of water. I fill mine with a 3-gallon bucket and drain it into the tub. It has a hose to fill it with but I use a bucket. This is a great little washing machine.
Update: I have owned this for 6 months now. It has given me excellent service. I am happier with the purchase now than when I bought it. It gets my clothes clean. Easy to use and an excellent product. I still highly recommend it.

I've had this little washer/spinner unit for about a year now and I really appreciate it!! I push it into my bathroom and do a few loads while I clean house OR work on my computer. It is quiet and cost affective. I actually enjoy using it. When items are really dirty, I just set the timer for more minutes and continue to wash. The spinner is awesome. If I set the timer on the spinner for the full time, my clothes dry in about 30 minutes of hanging outside. If my unit would break today, I would turn around and purchase another one. I live in a condo building that has a laundry room that only costs $1.00 for a wash or a dry BUT I enjoy using my own washing unit. DO NOT open the spinner unless it has FULLY stopped. Opening the top while spinning will only put wear on the motor but stopping the spin quickly. I highly recommend this unit. Now I just need to pick out a portable dryer!!!

I gave this little guy 5 stars because of the value. I mean for the price, it is worth it. I don't have a car so laundry day has been a big undertaking. I have to pack everything into a big duffel bag and take the bus to the laundry mat and sit there for an hour and a half. Then I have to shove everything back into the duffel bag and bus back home. So this machine is well worth the money for me. Plus it will save me money in the long run. I can spend $30 a week at the laundry mat.
It's not perfect. When it arrives at your doorstep it is easy to get out of the box, but this company chose not to pay an English speaking technical writer to write the instructions. Whoever wrote the instructions did not have a very good understanding of English. It irritates me that a company would choose to save a few dimes and provide crappy instructions. And the instructions are printed with extremely low resolution so some things you just can't make out. But this machine is pretty easy to figure out on your own. The two top lids come with this shrink wrap like stuff that is difficult to remove. Again, it tried my patients. Stuff like this bothers me.
Set up is pretty easy, but again it isn't perfect. The intake hose is a rinky dink hose that fits to your sink faucet with a cheap funnel that you press up onto the faucet and clamp it on with a clamp. Very cheap. It falls of and spills all over everything if you don't hold the hose to the faucet. I will probably buy a hose that fastens to my sink properly and fill it that way. I was supersized at how well the washer agitated the load. It creates like a whirl pool that really gets things clean. It does a good job.
They definitely cut corners, but that is the value. They spent our money on what really matters. I set it up and threw a load in it first thing, as soon as I got it. Filled it up with their rinky dink intake hose and let her go. After it was done I drained the load and it does a good job getting the water out too. I put the sopping wet load into the spinner and started it. It had some trouble being uneven at first, but it leveled out as it started spinning faster. And I couldn't believe how dry it got the load.
It seems to be a very good machine for the money. Yes it has it's imperfections but you will pay $500+ for a full sized washer and I have no space for one of those. I just got it, so I can't attest to it's long term durability. I will update this review if I run into any problems. I think it earns 5 stars thus far.
Simyas
I have to admit--I was a little skeptical at first! I had never heard of a portable washer/dryer before, let alone used one. Will it get my clothes clean? How does it dry my clothes without heat? Can I really trust this glorified kitchen trash bin (lol)?!?!?! Well to my surprise the answer is yes, Yes, YES!!! This thing is amazing. My clothes are clean and the dryer works too. The dryer works by centrifugal force so about 95% of the water gets spun out of your clothes. When you take them out, clothes are barely damp to the touch. All you have to do is hang them up for about an hour so they can air dry.
I ultimately decided to go with this model because of the large capacity and water pump. Ladies and gents do yourself a favor and get a machine with a pump...otherwise you're going to have to build some sort of contraption that hoists the machine above the hose so that gravity can drain the water down and away. Not having a pump may also limit where you can use your machine. I've seen some people put theirs in a tub or shower as a result (who wants to be restricted to that?). Because this machine has a pump, i'm able to keep it on the ground and just drain the hose directly into the toilet. Too easy :)
A few other things to mention:
- the item arrived on time and in perfect condition.
- customer service via amazon messages is really responsive
- the inlet hose works but it doesn't really stay connected to a standard bathroom sink faucet very well (it keeps slipping off). As a result, I suggest buying a $5 hose adapter or diverter that will create a better connection. In the meantime, you can just use a bucket or one of those 5 gal Sparkletts water bottles to fill it up (that's what I do for now & it hasn't been a problem).
- this is optional, but i suggest buying 4 caster wheels WITH brakes and then attaching them to the bottom of the machine. It'll just make it easier to move the machine around and take it in and out of storage.
Hope this helps someone :)

Ok I did my research and decide to purchase this style because the quality in the reviews. An investment is well spent. I have a studio in the city and every time I do laundry I had to lug all my laundry on a elevator then go 10 flights down and other side to back building now I don’t need to unless for larger items like rugs and bedding. I love Kuppet mini washer. I have piece of mind due to post Covid 19 from sharing residential filthy dirty washer and dryer.

I got this portable washing machine a couple days ago. I live in an apartment and I decided to buy this because two reasons, #1 because the virus. I want to avoid going to laundromat. #2 because I'm tired my nice clothes always gets bleach stains!! I never use bleach but you know, other people does and many of them doesn't know how to use laundry machines properly! I always check the machines before to put my stuff in but always I get something stained! Doesn't hold much but you can do several loads. It's manual not automatic but worth it!
So far, the washer machine works wonderful!
Sarah
After about 4 months of use, I can definitely say it was well worth the money. I'm incredibly pleased with it.
I'm not able to have it by a sink or shower, so I use a 5gal bucket for filling and draining it. I have it placed on top of a sturdy desk. It's a little extra work, but worth it. I highly recommend this for people small spaces looking for a good washer and don't mind a little work.
It's incredibly easy to set up and begin using. The washer and spinner are durable and work well. Just don't overfill them.
On a other note, if you get one of these, I also recommend a Magic Chef 1.5cu ft. Compact Dryer.
Phuong N.
Decent compact washer for small apartment. Instruction manual may need more work
Kimberly Flowers
Love it! Gets my clothes clean and surprisingly fits quite a bit in the washer. The spinner spins your clothes darn near dry which significantly cuts down on my drying time. I also bought the Panda mini portable dryer which is awesome!!! You have to couple this washer with the dryer, you won’t be sorry!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Kristina Younger
I love this machine. Simple to use and what a bang for your buck. It took a long to to get but it was shipped nicely and it has great washing agitation. The dryer spins the clothes almost dry it might take 15 minutes in the dryer. Love this machine.
Roxanne .
Have used the unit for couple weeks now. Works very well.
For the unit to not be a real full sized washer it does good for what it is. If you don’t have a full sized washer and are going to a laundry mat then this machine will please you very well.
Tricks have found using it.
Use a bucket to fill it up from the kitchen sink much faster then the hose it came with.
Get a bigger like bucket to drain it into.
When using spin dryer have the drain hose in the bucket. It will automatically turn the pump on.
Use small amount of detergent. Been using natural detergent seems to keep the fabric from fuzzing and seems to not have a lint problem using it.
